Each pack is licensed to one teacher, tutor or family for use with their own pupils or children, in class or at home. You may print and copy the resources for that use. You may not share, resell or publish them, upload them to websites or shared drives beyond your own class, or use them to train or build AI models. The content remains the property of Reading On Your Head.
Packs are digital content provided immediately. When you buy, you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access is provided. If a file is missing, won't open, or isn't as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right or refund you.

This notice explains how Event Horizon Education Limited, trading as Reading On Your Head, uses your personal data when you buy a Skills Booster Pack without a Reading On Your Head account. We are the controller of this data. If you use Reading On Your Head through a school, our main privacy policy applies instead.
We don't ask for your name or for any information about children, and we don't send you marketing emails.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Your download links stop working 30 days after purchase. We keep purchase and download records for 6 years from the date of purchase, to meet accounting and tax requirements, and then delete them.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. We may have to keep some data by law, such as accounting records. To make a request, email [email protected].
If you're unhappy with how we use your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.
